Historical Overview...

      Perfect World Comics was founded in July 2006, creating online content and comic strips for local newspapers across the Pennsylvania area. Artist/Writer, Rick Todd of Perfect World Comics strove to accomplish several goals:

• Promote literacy and an interest in science via science fiction
• Spark imagination in youth and adults
• Uncover and exhibit interesting and unknown folklore and history
• Explore the meaning of faith via the superhero genre

        As a result, the response to the comic strip by the readership was so great, that the works were converted into a compilation of short stories. They can be found in the newly released book, "The Empyreal Force - Superhero Short Story Collection." 

        Perfect World Comics and its characters from "The Empyreal Force" are trademarked. The characters and publications are consulted by Sam Davis, Director of Marketing for Perfect World Comics. Her contribution in the areas of promotion and marketing have been immeasurable. The Empyreal Force is just one of many publications that will be released over the next several years.
